About 7reels Casino

Who We Welcome at 7reels Casino

We've built our platform primarily for players in Canada, and our site is fully localized in English and French to make sure every Canadian player feels at home. While we'd love to welcome players from every corner of the globe, certain jurisdictions are restricted from joining us due to licensing and regulatory requirements, including Australia, Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States and a number of other territories. If you're unsure whether you can register, our support team at Seven Reels Casino is always happy to clarify.

Our Game Library

Here at 7reels, we've partnered with more than 40 studios to bring you a collection of over 3,000 games. Our library includes everything from classic three-reel slots to high-volatility Megaways titles, crash games, live dealer tables and standalone jackpot slots. We've organized everything into easy-to-browse categories so you can find exactly what you're looking for.

• Slots, Classic Slots, Megaways and Book Of titles
• Bonus Buy and Bonus Wager Games
• Live Casino, including Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat
• Table Games and Game Shows
• Crash games for fast-paced action
• Jackpots, our standalone progressive category
• Tournaments, Wheels, Missions and Quests

Some of the studios powering our 7reels Casino library include Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Playson, Games Global, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Playtech, Endorphina, BGaming, Yggdrasil, Spinomenal, Betsoft and many more. Our live dealer tables are run by Pragmatic Play Live, Iconic21 and True Labs, giving you a genuine casino-floor experience without leaving home. We're proud that most of our slots contribute 100% toward bonus wagering, so your favourite titles can help you clear a bonus quickly, while jackpot games remain excluded from every promotion by design.

Our Welcome Package and Promotions

When you join 7reels Casino, we don't just offer a single bonus — we offer a full welcome journey across your first four deposits, worth up to C$4,500 plus 400 free spins. Here's how our welcome package breaks down. For full details on current offers, check out our 7reels bonus page.

To claim any of these offers, we ask that you select the bonus in your Wallet before depositing, with a minimum deposit of 30 CAD. Our wagering requirement sits at 40x the bonus amount plus any free-spin winnings, and the bonus stays valid for 7 days, with free spins expiring 7 days after activation. We cap the maximum bet while playing with bonus funds at 7.5 CAD, and the bonus payout multiplier is set at 5x the bonus received.

Beyond our welcome offer, we at 7reels run a packed weekly promotional calendar — Monday Reload spins, a Tuesday Big Bass Bonanza reload, Wednesday Sugar Rush spins, Thursday cash-and-spins combos, Friday reload boosts, Saturday free spins and live casino cashback, and a Sunday reload to close out the week. High rollers can also claim our dedicated High Roller Bonus — 50% up to C$500 on deposits from 100 CAD — while our Sunday Boost rewards players who've made at least four deposits. On top of this, our tournament calendar features massive prize pools, including Drops & Wins and The Non-Stop Blasts & Races with EUR 25,000,000 up for grabs, plus Spinoleague and Spin Express events.

Our Loyalty Ladder

We've designed our loyalty program at 7reels Casino as a 23-level journey, starting at Rookie and climbing all the way to Imperial. As you move up our ladder — through levels like Starter, Challenger, Rising Star, Veteran, Legend, Champion, Supreme and Royal — your weekly cashback grows from 4% to as much as 25% at the top tier. Level-up rewards scale too, starting with free spins at the lower levels and moving into substantial cash prizes, up to 6,000 at Imperial. From Rising Star onward, we also add a birthday bonus that grows alongside your status, eventually reaching 2,500 at our highest level.

Our VIP structure is built directly into this ladder rather than offered as a separate program. Status is determined by your cash-in and betting activity within a calendar quarter, and if you've reached VIP status elsewhere, we're happy to review your case for a possible match. Higher up the ladder, you'll also unlock a dedicated VIP manager, raised withdrawal limits, exclusive tournaments and quests, faster cashouts and invitations to premium events.

Banking at 7reels Casino

We support deposits via Visa, Mastercard and Interac, and every deposit must come from an account held in your own name — we don't accept third-party payments. On the withdrawal side, we process payouts through Visa (OCT), Mastercard Payment Transfer and Interac, though card payouts do require a prior deposit through the same method. Our minimum deposit is EUR 10 in the terms, though claiming any welcome bonus requires at least 30 CAD, and 100 CAD specifically for our High Roller offer. Minimum withdrawal across the platform is EUR 10.

Once your KYC is approved, we process payouts in queue order — within 72 hours for amounts up to EUR 1,000, and up to 7 days for larger withdrawals. We never charge a commission on withdrawals, though deposit fees can vary by payment provider. All deposited funds need to be wagered at least once before withdrawal, and this requirement rises to 3x for certain payment methods or higher-risk accounts. We also ask that you keep your account active — accounts with no login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity for six months are classified as inactive and may be subject to deductions.
